What can you do with the "Council and Committee Meetings" feature

The "Council and Committee Meetings" feature belongs to the Cloudpermit planning approval process. Usually, these meetings follow a strict municipality-based protocol because they are held to decide on planning applications under agreed policies in the local government.

The local government administrator preconfigures the feature in Cloudpermit by adding committees (meeting types) to it.

Click the "date" under the meeting in your "My dashboard" to enter the "Meetings" view.

Those meeting types that your local government authority has preconfigured for the Council and Committee Meetings feature are in the tab under "Meetings."

Move from one meeting to another by clicking the tab.

To create a new meeting, click "Create a meeting."
Select the "meeting type" from the drop-down menu list.
Select the date and time.
Type, for example, the meeting agenda to the "meeting description" field and click "Create."
The meeting details view shows the date, time, and the agenda of the meeting.

Edit, cancel a meeting or close it by using the buttons at the bottom of the view.
