How to set up a Council and Committee meeting

This tutorial shows how to set up Council and Committee meetings for the application under In Approval status. The purpose of the meeting is to approve, refuse, or deferred of the planning application.


Scroll to the Council & Committee Meetings block in the Application Workspace and expand it by clicking Open.


Click the Add the Workspace to a Meeting + - button to open the meeting request form.

Select Meeting Type and Meeting Date from the drop-down menus.
Enter Description of the meeting request.

You can manually format the text by applying text style elements from the drop-down menu under Description.

Once finished, click Add.

The Council meeting request is now arranged.

You can edit the request´s description by clicking Edit.
You can also remove the meeting from the agenda by clicking Remove from Meeting.

To edit a meeting request:

To edit the meeting request´s description, click Edit.
The request form opens.
Apply edits for the description and click Save Changes.

To remove the meeting request:

To remove the meeting request from the agenda, click Remove from Meeting.

A confirmation dialog pops up. Click Yes.
The Council meeting request has been removed.
