How to pay a planning approval application under Payment status

This tutorial outlines how to pay a planning approval application under Payment status.

Step 1:
Find the planning approval application under Payment status in your dashboard. Click Open Workspace. You will redirect to the Application Workspace.
Click Submit upon Payment.


The payment form opens. All the items with prices are listed there. Click Pay Online.
The payment form opens. Enter the credit card number and expiry date.
Click Pay with Your Credit Card.

Note that the local government authority or your service provider may have limited the total amount paid by a credit card. If you face any issues by paying online, contact the local government authority or the bank that issued the credit card.
There will appear a few confirmation toasts on the view confirming the payment process.

Success - You have now paid the planning approval application.

You can download the receipt by clicking Download Receipt.
The receipt will be converted to PDF.
