How to sign off a draft planning application

This tutorial shows how to sign off a draft planning application. The application remains in Draft status. 

Once you have completed the draft planning application data, you must sign it off.

See instructions for completing the planning approval application data.

Step 1:
Click the Sign off Application -button in the Application tab.
You will enter the sign-off form.

The upper part of the form contains the planning application´s detailed information:
  • Description of the subject property (address, municipality, roll number, legal description)
  • Purpose of application (application type, proposed use)
  • Parties to the application.
The Declaration and Signatures part of the form contains applications that must be signed off.
Step 2:
Read through each form carefully and sign it off by clicking the Sign Off -button.

After each form has been signed off, your draft planning application has been sent to the local government authority.

If you like to return to the Application Workspace without paying it right away, click the Return to Application - button.

Thus, you can anytime come back to the application in the Application Workspace and submit payment later by clicking the Continue to Payment -button shown in the image below.

If you like to pay the application right away, continue to the Payment section by clicking the Continue to Payment - button.
