This tutorial outlines how to fill out the pre-consultation request. The pre-consultation request remains in the workspace under Draft (pre-consultation) status.

Create a new pre-consultation request or find the existing pre-consultation request in your Dashboard and click Open Workspace.
You will enter the Application Workspace.
Go to the Pre-consultation progress bar. There is a link to the instructions provided by the municipality.
Click the link to open it. Read the instructions carefully.

Go to the Project Data block and click Open to expand it.
Enter a description of the project.

Go to the Parties to the Application block and expand it by clicking Open.
Click the pencil icon on the applicant´s card. It opens the card to edit mode.

Go to the Select role(s) drop-down menu and select the roles the user (you) have in the process, such as Agent. Click Close.

Go to the Attachments block and expand it by clicking Open.
Add any attachments you think will be essentials for the stakeholders to understand your planning approval plans.

Go to the Pre-consultation section. Click Request Pre-consultation.
|Success - You have now requested a pre-consultation from your local government authority.|
The status of the application remains Requested. After the local government authority has started the review, the status changes to In Progress. You will get an email notification about it.
