This tutorial outlines how to mark as held a pre-consultation meeting.
Step 1: Find the application in your dashboard which pre-consultation meeting you like to mark as held. Click Open workspace.
You will redirect to the Application Workspace. Go to the Meetings block and expand the block by clicking Open.
Step 2: Find the meeting you wish to mark as held. You can add, for example, meeting notes to the meeting request before marking it as held. Type notes to the text field under Meeting notes (optional). Add an applicable configured phrase from the drop-down list under the Category and Select Phrase. Confirm changes by clicking Save Changes. Otherwise, click Mark as Held.
Success - The meeting has now been marked as held. It appears in the Meeting block. All parties involved have received an email notification about it.
