How to fail an inspection

This tutorial outlines how to fail an inspection.

Pick up the inspection request from the My today view and open the application.
Go to the Application workspace.
Scroll down to the Inspections block and expand it by clicking Open on the right.
In the inspections view, select the inspections and click Open on the right.
The selected inspection opens.
Click the Start New Visit button on the top right.
The status of the inspection request turns to be in progress.
Once the inspection is completed, go to the Inspections & Visits Result block.
Expand it by clicking Open on the right
The inspection and visit result form opens.
Go to the Result for this visit drop-down menu.
Select Failed options from the drop-down list.
Note that selecting the Failed option also sets the inspection status to failed.
Next, select the reason for the failure. There are two options to choose from:
  • Information required
  • Order issued
Once done, click Finish and Close Inspection.
The status of the inspection result appears Failed in the All Visits block.
The applicant receives a notification of the inspection result.
