Statistics Canada reporting

We have added a new monthly report for reporting construction to Statistics Canada. Report can be generated as PDF report and it automatically includes data according to the Statistics Canada reporting principles. Report is available for all Building departments in Canada.

Payment methods for OTC payments

OTC payments (Over The Counter) are getting a new choice for setting a payment method. By default, following payment methods are provided:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Credit card
  • Debit
  • E-transfer

Municipality admin user is able to modify the default list by selecting Fees -> Other settings in the admin menu.

Bug fixes and improvements

  • Stakeholders are able to add additional comments after they have originally provided their comments during circulation phase in Application review. New comments are appended after the original comments.
  • "Permit issue" date can be now set to automatically match the day when permit fees will be paid in the future. Date can still also be current date or any other specified date.
  • Any fee item can be marked as Refundable. When set, the Refundable attribute is displayed for the users in the bill and in payment reports.
  • All properties in workspaces - both primary and additional - are now highlighted on the workspace map, both in minimized and maximized map views.
