How to configure Commonly Used Phrases

This tutorial outlines configuring the "Commonly Used Phrases" feature in Cloudpermit. The feature allows you to add pre-configured phrases to various reports, reviews, agreements, and applications' permits. You can edit the saved phrases and create new ones anytime.

Go to the "User Menu" and click "Templates."
Scroll down the view to the "Phrases."

Click "Add phrases+".
In the "Add phrases" section, select a category from the drop-down menu list.
Type in a name for your phrase and the phrase text.

Click "Save phrase."
Success - You have now created a phrase in the phrases section throughout Cloudpermit.

If you must edit the phrase, click the "pencil" icon.

If you must delete the phrase, click the "trash bin" icon.
