Administrators can access the Cloudpermit configuration from their Dashboard. Navigate to the User Menu in the Cloudpermit header, expand the drop-down menu, and select the desired configuration item from the drop-down list. This tutorial outlines configuring the "Commonly Used Phrases" feature in Cloudpermit. The feature allows you to add pre-configured phrases to various reports, reviews, agreements, and applications' permits. You can edit the saved phrases and create new ones anytime.
- Select Templates.
- Scroll down the view to Phrases.
- Click Add Phrase+.
- Type in a name for your phrase and the phrase text. Click Save phrase.
- You have now created a phrase in the phrases section throughout Cloudpermit.
If you must edit the phrase, click the pencil icon. If you must delete the phrase, click the trash bin icon.
