How to configure Commonly Used Phrases

Administrators can access the  Cloudpermit configuration from their Dashboard. Navigate to the User Menu in the Cloudpermit header, expand the drop-down menu, and select the desired configuration item from the drop-down list. This tutorial outlines configuring the "Commonly Used Phrases" feature in Cloudpermit. The feature allows you to add pre-configured phrases to various reports, reviews, agreements, and applications' permits. You can edit the saved phrases and create new ones anytime.

  1. Select Templates. 
  2.  Scroll down the view to Phrases.
  3. Click Add Phrase+.

  4.  Select a category from the drop-down list in the Add phrases section. 
  5.  Type in a name for your phrase and the phrase text. Click Save phrase.
  6.  You have now created a phrase in the phrases section throughout Cloudpermit.
    If you must edit the phrase, click the pencil icon. If you must delete the phrase, click the trash bin icon.
