This tutorial outlines configuring the "Commonly Used Phrases" feature in Cloudpermit. The feature allows you to add pre-configured phrases to various reports, reviews, agreements, and applications' permits. You can edit the saved phrases and create new ones anytime.
| Go to the "User Menu" and click "Templates." |  |
| Scroll down the view to the "Phrases." Click "Add phrases+". |  |
| In the "Add phrases" section, select a category from the drop-down menu list. |  |
| Type in a name for your phrase and the phrase text. Click "Save phrase." |  |
| Success - You have now created a phrase in the phrases section throughout Cloudpermit. If you must edit the phrase, click the "pencil" icon. If you must delete the phrase, click the "trash bin" icon. |  |
