This tutorial outlines how to toggle on and off attachment types in the "Configuration" section.
Cloudpermit gives building departments the ability to decide which attachment types can be used for different applications. Additionally, building departments can also accept additional attachment types than those configured. In other words, when building departments identify required attachments, Cloudpermit gives building departments the flexibility to take additional attachments in conjunction with required attachments.
|Go to the "User Menu" and select "Configuration" from the drop-down list.|
|In the "Application configuration" view, scroll down to the "Attachments types" section.|
Any of the attachment types toggled under the selected "attachment types set" will be available selections for applicants. In addition, all of the enabled attachments types in this section determine which attachments can be configured as required attachments for specific applications.
To enable/disable a specific attachment type, toggle on/off for that attachment type.
|Once you have selected the attachments, go to the bottom of the section and click "Save".|
|When you configure the attachment types, applicants will select the enabled attachment types under the "Types" in the "Attachments" section of their applications.|
More specifically, when applicants or other parties of the application add an attachment to their applications, they will be able to identify it on the "Type" drop-down.
