How to create an inspection request for a customer

This tutorial outlines how a dispatcher can create an inspection request directly from the Inspection Request View on behalf of a customer. 

Step 1

Click Add New Request in the Inspection request queue view.
Step 2: 

Search the subject property by typing its address into the text field. 
Select the application from the list of returned applications. Click on the Create a New Workspace button.
If the application does not exist on Cloudpermit, see instructions for creating a building permit application
Step 3

Choose inspection type from the drop-down list menu.
Choose the requested date and time slot for the inspection. 
Finally, type any additional information or instructions for the inspector (optional).
Click Create Inspection Request.
Success - You have now created an inspection request for a customer, and it is ready to be dispatched.
