How to create an inspection for an application outside of Cloudpermit

This tutorial outlines how dispatchers can create an inspection request for applications outside of Cloudpermit.  

In the "Dispatch inspections" view, click "Add new request+."

Search the application by typing in its address or permit number.

Cloudpermit will list all matching applications that exist on the database. 

Once the search returns no applications, click "Create new workspace+."
Go to the "Select municipality/permit type" and choose the municipality from the drop-down menu list.

Type in the property's address.
Cloupermit returns a list of matching properties from the integrated GIS mapping.

Click the desired address in the list.

Click "Crete new workspace."
Success - You have created a new workspace.

To create a new inspection for the workspace, click "Create inspection."
Select inspection "Type" from the drop-down menu list.

Click "Create inspection."
Select "Requested date" from the calendar.
Select "time slot."

Type in any additional information or instructions regarding the inspection in the "Additional information (optional)."

Click "Create inspection request."
Success - You have created a new scheduled inspection request with a new workspace for an application outside Cloudpermit.

Any additional inspections for this application can be requested, managed, and completed in Cloudpermit.
