Cloudpermit notifies applicants and other involved parties of the application via email and in the Tasks and requests section of the Dashboard when the following occurs:
- Application status changes.
- All parties to the application will be notified via email.
- The pre-consultation meeting request has been confirmed, the meeting has been marked as held, and the result has been published in Cloudpermit.
- All parties to the application will be notified via email.
- Inspection updates, such as a new inspection added/removed, the inspection visit being completed, and the result has been published.
- All parties to the application will be notified via email.
- Changes are requested for submitted attachments or forms.
- All parties to the application will be notified via email.
- Applicants will have the action notification in their Tasks and requests section in the Dashboard.
- An invitation to collaborate on a project has been sent.
- Only those invited to collaborate will be notified via email.
- The action notification appears in the Dashboard's Tasks and requests section (Accept/Decline).
- A new message is waiting in the Messages workspace of the application.
- All parties to the application will be notified via email if the message is public.
- Only the Recipient will be notified if the message is direct (the Recipient has been selected under Direct message workspace).
- Confirmation of the inspection request has been sent.
- The email notification is only sent to the party requesting the inspection.
- The notification is only sent out if the municipality sends a message.
- The order to comply has been issued to an applicant.
- The applicant will be notified via email.
- Permits are near expiration.
- Applicants will be notified via email.
- Municipal authorities enable the "Apply for partial occupancy" in the application.
- Applicants will be notified via email.
- Once the permit is waiting for sign-off.
- Applicants will be notified via email.
Additionally, you will have action notifications in the Tasks and requests section in your Dashboard if you are a registered user in Cloudpermit.
