How to accept the invitation to collaborate and register an account

This tutorial shows how to accept an invitation without having an account on Cloudpermit yet.  

Cloudpermit allows users to send email invitations to collaborate for persons who do not have an account on Cloudpermit.

A person who does not have an account in Cloudpermit will receive an email invitation to collaborate on the project together with a registration link. 

The email subject in your inbox starts with 'You have been invited to collaborate,' and the sender is Cloudpermit.,

The registration link is valid 24 hours.

Step 1:

Go to your email inbox and find a registration email sent by Cloudpermit. 

Click the email subject to open the email.
Next, click the Complete Registration link. 

You will redirect to the Cloudpermit´s registration page.

Fill in the mandatory (*) fields.

Note that your email address has automatically been added.

Create a strong password.

Once all done, click Complete Registration.

After completing the registration, you will navigate to your brand new dashboard on Cloudpermit.

You will see detailed information about the invitation on your dashboard.
By accepting the invitation, you will enter the respective application.
By declining the invitation, you are not able to enter the application. The inviter receives an email notification about the decline.
Only after accepting the invitation will you enter the respective application´s workspace.
In the Application Workspace, go to the Parties to the Application block and expand it by clicking Open.

There you can see your party card with details.
